    Job Title: Web Programmer

    Job Duties:

    • Program and maintain online eCommerce web sites and web applications
    • Identify, analyze and solve problems in network systems and data communications
    • Develop and maintain databases for online distribution business
    • Maintain and redesign corporate web sites containing graphic design and structure, company PDF, HTML and Hot Docs files for downloading and printing, current company news, and industry related articles.

    Requirements:

    • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field and experience
    • Proficient in PHP/MySQL Database Programming, Advanced SQL. Strong problem solving & troubleshooting skills.

    Job Title: Database Administrator

    Job Duties:

    • Work under close direction and supervision of IT manager to develop, analyze and implement company's database information system and network infrastructure;
    • Receive assignment from IT manager to implement company's next phase data center, including client database, mortgage program database, and wholesale lender's database;
    • Participate in the development of multi-location office structure and home access to company intranet;
    • provide technical and related administrative support to the company's database systems.

    Job Title: Project Manager

    Job Duties:

    Responsible for planning, managing and supervising the design, development, and implementation of Internet projects to improve process, website functionality, and customer experience. Duties include:

    • Systems planning;
    • Review of designs of computer applications to ensure customers' requirements are satisfied
    • Coordinating development activities;
    • Supervising multiple business and/or Internet applications through development and support phases;
    • Identifying and resolving difficult computer and applications related problems;
    • Working with the Internet team and extended teams to plan and develop individual project deliverables and timelines.

    Requirements:

    • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field with at least 5 years experience of software development or programming.

    • Ability to define problems, strong troubleshooting and problem solving skills, excellent interpersonal skills.

    Job Title: Advertisement Sales

    Job Duties:

    • Manage daily contact with clients
    • Provide superior customer service via creativity, responsiveness, and strong interpersonal skills
    • Coordinate with designated Account Executive and Sales Manager to provide information regarding the status of a campaign or projects related to a campaign
    • Provide campaign reporting to clients; Qualify leads and prospective new clients
    • Assist in the creation of proposals and presentations
    • Prepare strategies for up-selling and cross-selling existing clients
    • Act as primary communication link to Delivery

    Requirements:

    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
    • Outstanding telephone skills
    • Ability to learn basic sales skills through training and on-the-job experiences
    • Strong computer skills
    • Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with team members and clients
